When you are in a quotation or sales order the Current Quotation menu appears on the menu bar next to Help. Some options are only available when you are in Edit mode:

Recover Quotation
Remove All Furniture
Click to remove all products that are in the furniture group (this applies even if a product was added to the furniture group by a user).
Remove Automatic Doors
Click to remove doors that have been automatically added to the units.
Add Automatic Doors
Click to add doors that will be automatically added to the units.
Convert to Quick Quote/Order
Click to convert:
•A quick quote into a full furniture quote - You will be prompted to pick furniture headings and continue with the quote.
•A furniture quote into a quick quote - You will lose all furniture products from the quote but retain everything else.
Price Comparison Guide (only available when the quote is saved, i.e. not in edit mode)
Use this grid to see at a glance how much the furniture products would cost in different ranges. Note this only applies to furniture products.
If there are any products that are not available in a particular range the grid will display "Issue" in the Availability column. Right-click on this to see the product code, description, price and item number. Click onto Print to print the comparison grid for all of the ranges that are ticked.
Import Furniture from Quote
You can import furniture from any other furniture quote (including from a different furniture manufacturer).
Check Availability
Click to show a grid of any availability problems for furniture products on the quote.
Door Summary (Component orders only, with doors added)
Click to display a summary of all doors on the order.
Volume & Weight Summary
Click to display a summary of all products and their dimensions, internal volume, external volume and weight (providing they have been configured).
Classifications
Classifications include the salesperson, showroom etc of the current order. If these have not been edited they will be the details as set on the customer screen but they can be changed to be unique to each order, e.g. if the salesperson is different on 2 orders for the same customer. See setup to display these classifications when a new quote is saved.
Show/Hide Product Image & Specification
Click to display a column on the left of the quote to view the image and specification of products (where available). This displays on the screen only, not on the quotation printout.
Product Groups...
Hide product group
Set this option if you do not want to alter the product groups
Show product group & edit
Set this option to show a product group column on the quote. You can over-type this on the quote to enter free text for your groups
Show product group & use own grouping
Set this option to show a product group column on the quote and use your own pre-set list of product groups. Ensure you tick 'Use a popup list to select group titles' for this option.
You can set defaults for product groups in system setup.
Progress Notes (only available when the quote is saved)
Display an audit trail of all actions that have been made to the current quote/order.
Recover Quotation (part saved files)
If you have experienced a crash or power cut and have lost the quotation you were working on, you may be able to recover the quote's contents (even if you did not save it yet).
At the point of any ensure message if EQ quits you must respond No to the "Abort Changes" message - this ensures your part saved file should be kept.
Begin a new quotation (select the same furniture range if using a furniture quote) and click Current_Quotation > Recover Quotation
Any recent part saved quotes are listed with their date and time to help identify it.
Click on one to restore the contents.
