When you open a quote/order and click Edit the toolbar at the bottom changes into Edit mode. There are 2 areas to this: Filters (see this article) and Main toolbar buttons in this highlighted area:
Main Toolbar
When you are editing a quote the bottom toolbar will display the following options:
| Add Product |
Click Add to search the catalogues for products to add. See How to add products to a quote. How to add products to a quote Click the arrow to: |
| Remove | Click on a product row and click Remove to delete that product from your quote. |
| Price Options | Allows you to lock the bottom line total price of the quotation to any value you enter. |
| Copy | Click on a product row and click Copy |
| Paste | Click Paste to add the copied product row as another row to the bottom of the quote. |
| Abort | Discard any changes you made and either lose the quote (if not previously saved) or revert back to the previous state of the quote (if you had already saved it). |
| Save | Save your changes (the toolbar then changes to progress mode). EQ will show validation rules depending on your settings, to ensure you don't forget important products/services to add. |
| Save As | Save your changes as a new quote reference. Beware creating lots of copies of quotes, because it can impact your conversion rate report and make it look like you produce more unsuccessful quotes than reality. Consider using Revisions instead. |
| Reprice | Reprice will check the current catalogue pricing now, and show any products where the price has changed since you added them to your quote. See How to reprice a quote. |
| Offers | When special promotional offers are available in selected catalogues you can see the promotional details and apply savings here. See Calculated discounts for Blanco |
