If you click the Download Catalogues menu option and see a message that shows "Cannot connect to the Internet" you should check these things:
- Is your Internet connection active?
If other programs connect OK, carry on to the next suggestion.
- Is your support key entered correctly?
Your support key is a unique and private password that allows you to download catalogues. If it is incorrect or missing you may be prevented from seeing the catalogue download list.
Check your support key in EQ:
i) Click the arrow under System Config:
ii) Click Registration Settings.
iii) A standard key will be 8 characters long and will be hidden like this:
If it shows 8 characters (as above) it is probably correct.
If it is longer, or empty, connect to a support agent to ask for your support key. Then enter the code given in here and click Update Account Settings. Retry the catalogue download.
