Click the Product Catalogues button and Search to locate a product (outside of a quote) or click Add when you are within a quote. This Locate Product screen appears:
Search Criteria
You can use the criteria at the top in any combination, e.g. select a catalogue and type part of a code to narrow the results.
Catalogue shows in the left hand column
To search the whole product database, select All Products, otherwise pick from your installed catalogues in A-Z order. If you are in a furniture quote your furniture (and door) manufacturer will be listed at the top. Once a catalogue is selected, the list of products changes instantly.
Code
Type some or all of the product code. If live search is enabled the list changes to filter results immediately otherwise type the code and press Enter on the keyboard.
Type
Select a product type from the drop down box.
Category
Select a product category from the drop down box.
Range
This will list the range or series of products in non-furniture catalogues, e.g. Neff Series of ovens.
You need to select a catalogue title first, to filter by range.
Option
This is usually the colour option of a non-furniture product.
You need to select a catalogue title first, to filter by option.
Advanced Search
This is a keyword search, you can type in some description or code of an item you are looking for. This can often be the quickest way to find something without using any other search criteria. The words you type can be in any order and search across all fields except the specification. E.g. "hob neff black N12" You can also search using a negative symbol to exclude words e.g. "neff hob -white" will not show white versions.
Specification
Type in words in any order to search the full text specification of products. You need to select a catalogue title first to search inside that catalogue and this search function requires you to press enter, even if you are using Live Search.
Height, Width and Depth
You can search for products on set sizes with these operators:
= Equals will find product with dimensions that match the entered size
< Less than will find products with dimensions below the entered size
> Greater than will find products with dimensions above the entered size
<> Doesn't Equal will find product with dimensions that do not match the entered size
Reset
Click this to put all the search boxes back to default to begin a new search.
As the product list filters with your options you can click the clear button next to a specific filter to remove just that option.
Live Search
Tick this box so that the search boxes will search as you type. E.g. Type B and the results will immediately show all product codes beginning B. Without live search enabled you will need to press Enter after typing the code/search term.
Quick Add
Tick this box to enable an extra quick method of adding a product: just double-click the product's description in the central window to select it.
Price Guide
When you have a filter on a small list of products you can click Price Guide to show the matching products and sort by price. Then select the product to jump back to the previous locate product screen. Note this is not a price comparison guide across suppliers.
Pick a product
Click on a product to view the product image and information tabs in a preview pane at the bottom of the screen.
Select a product
Click a product, then click Select Product if you are in the Product Catalogues screen or Add if you are in a quote.
Basket
If you are in a quote double-click a product to add it to the shopping basket on the right-hand side. You can build up the contents of the basket and then click Select Product to add them all to the quote at the same time.
You can remove one product at a time from the basket with the 
button or empty the basket with the All button.
