My Catalogue enables you to add your own products and services into a catalogue (or sub-catalogues). Those products can have straight forward cost and sell prices but also can be set up with special pricing. For example a product code could be set up to price a service at a set percentage of the cost of furniture.
There are many special pricing types available, which are detailed below.
To begin follow the steps in How to add a new own product.
When you get to the Pricing drop down Each is the default and allows for a set cost and selling price. Click the drop down arrow to show all of the special pricing options available:

| Each | Set an exact cost and sell price on this product. Used for most standard products. |
| Per Sq. Metre | Set prices per square metre. When the product is added to a quote the user is prompted to enter the exact dimensions needed and a price is calculated. |
| Linear Metres | Set prices per linear metre. When the product is added to a quote the user is prompted to enter the exact dimensions needed and a price is calculated. |
| Qty Calculation | This is an advanced option that requires bespoke code to be written into the calculation. |
| Price Calculation | This is an advanced option that requires bespoke code to be written into the calculation. Can act on cost price and/or sales price separately. |
| Auto/Discount Margin | Set this product to calculate a discount based on a set of criteria, or apply a monetary value to achieve a fixed margin on the quote/order. See separate article: Setup special Auto Discount/Margin product. |
| % of Main Item | A percentage calculation based on the price of a main item, assuming this own product is added as a sub-item. |
| % of Product Types | A percentage calculation based on the sum of all products in the selected product types and categories. Selecting this option shows a button Product Types so that you should select one or more product types. |
| % of Total | A percentage calculation based on the total quote/sales order price. Available to apply before or after quote/order discounts. |
| % of Furniture | A percentage calculation based on the total price of all products that are categorised as "Furniture". Available to apply before or after quote/order discounts. |
| % of Doors | A percentage calculation based on the total price of all products that are categorised as "Doors". Available to apply before or after quote/order discounts. Applies to quotes/orders where separate carcase and door manufacturer catalogues are selected. |
| % of Carcases | A percentage calculation based on the total price of all products that are categorised as "Carcase Furniture". Available to apply before or after quote/order discounts. Applies to quotes/orders where separate carcase and door manufacturer catalogues are selected. |
| Points Conversion | Enables a Points Conversion Table to add a factor and margin (or multiples) to use to turn a points value into a monetary value. |
| Cost as a % of Sales | Enables you to calculate the product's cost price as a percentage of this product's sales price. |
| Order Header 1 - 10 | This applies to a quote/order's own heading prompts. If you enter a numeric value into 1 of the selected order headings, this product can calculate a percentage, based on that value. See more in Own Heading Prompts. |
| Publication | You can link this product to a publication and your existing source of lead entries (See more in Customers Source of Lead). |
