EQ Flex User
If you are an EQ Flex user and do not have a record of the login details you were given, as you do not manually enter them each time you sign in, your username is likely saved on your computer. To find it, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://eqflex.eqsoftware.co.uk
- If your login details are saved, your username will automatically appear in the login window that loads.
EQ Hosted User - Remote Desktop Shortcut
If you log into your EQ hosted server using a Remote Desktop shortcut and do not have a record of the login details you were given, as you do not manually enter them each time you sign in, your username is likely saved on your computer. To find it, follow the steps below:
1. Right click the Remote Desktop Shortcut
2. Select edit and you should see your saved username starting with 'ios\'
