With a username highlighted, click each of the following buttons to make changes to each user.
This article details the user-specific settings you can apply, such as Signatures and Additional Info where you can set user email addresses, delivery addresses, logos, discount/margin rules and more.
To open this screen:
- Click the arrow under System Config
- Select Users:

Signatures
Signatures can be used in word processor documents and emails. See this article on setting up user signatures.
Additional Info
See the article Users > Additional Info on settings for alternative postal addresses, email addresses, logos, customer folders, tasks, communication rules, projects filters, discounts and margin/costs rules.
User Groups Button
This shows the groups that the currently highlighted user, is included in. This is the alternative view from going into User Groups and clicking the Members button which shows all users in a group. For more read the article User Groups.
Click Update to save and close this screen once you have added a new user(s).
