You can assign alternative or extra delivery addresses against a customer record.
Open the Customer List screen:
(Ensure you click Edit to make changes and Update to save them)
1. Click the Delivery Details tab:
Enter delivery address information for the customer if it is different to their main correspondence address on the General tab.
You can enter the name and postcode only and use the Postcode Lookup feature to find and complete the full address.
2. Add notes to the free type box regarding the delivery address.
Use the Google Maps button to locate the address or plan a route to it (from your main company address).
To add more than one delivery address click the Additional Delivery Addresses button. Then click Add to insert extra addresses.
The delivery addresses appear as an option when you create a delivery note so you can select from a drop down list. They can also be selected from an open quotation, by using the Delivery button on the quotation screen.
Miscellaneous Settings
You can choose to print your customers name on their product labels for orders received. To turn this on, tick the top box.
If you use the Professional version of EQ, you can select a customer record to use for ordering Stocked Products. Tick the 2nd box to turn this on.
If you would like to record your customers preferred method of communication, enter it in the box provided.
