The Schedule view is designed to give you an easy overview of scheduled deliveries (inbound from a supplier and outbound deliveries to a customer). From the main schedule you can customise the view, to view all actions, e.g. installations, surveys, deliveries etc. It is a good view to use on a terminal near a warehouse to quickly record goods in and out.
For personal appointments and organisation, the Diary is the more appropriate tool.
