When you begin a new furniture quotation you need to select the furniture and door options. These vary depending on the manufacturer catalogue selected. They can be changed when editing the quote later.
(Headings are not shown on quick quotes unless you have set your own custom headings in system setup).
To begin a quote and enter headings, click Customer List, select your customer and click New Quote/Order:
This is an example of the headings for a sample furniture catalogue:
Headings
Manufacturer: Select your furniture manufacturer. Note you cannot mix furniture manufacturers on a furniture quote.
• Carcase only catalogues also have boxes to select the door manufacturer and style.
If you have setup component configuration, a new drop down box will appear above, so you can select your preset ranges.
• Complete furniture catalogues will not have a door manufacturer box.
Group/Colour: Select the desired style of the furniture. Click the magnifying glass to see a list of the colours with brochure images. Once you have clicked the magnifying glass you can enter notes to be saved against each range. These notes display as a message on screen when that range is used in the future.
Door Manufacturer: (Only available if you use a component catalogue which does not supply the doors). Select the door manufacturer to show the door range box (below).

Further Options:
More options will include leg height, wall height, plinth height, door edging etc.
Additional Heading Options (only shown with some catalogues):
Click the button to open an additional window showing more settings. The options will vary depending on the catalogue.
You can add your own preset headings to appear in this headings window, in Heading Prompts (configuration).
All heading options here will be printed on the quotation and the purchase orders.
