Quotations are the starting point for all orders on EQ. All paperwork that EQ produces has its basis in the original quotation. When it is accepted a quote becomes a sales order but retains the same quote/order reference as it moves through the ordering stages.
There are 2 types of quotations:
Full Furniture Quote
Use furniture quote when producing a full room quotation or a quotation with furniture items, e.g. a full kitchen. You pick the furniture-specific details like door handles and drawerbox options when you begin. (Note you cannot mix furniture manufacturers on a quote) You can mix ranges on a quote.
Quick Quote (Non-Furniture)
Use a quick quote when you do not want furniture products, e.g. small order for additional items or a bathroom quote. You do not have to pick any furniture options but you cannot add any furniture to the quote
