By default the EQ interface uses a tab view. Each new window you open shows a small tab across the top of the screen. It is quick and easy to move between tabs so you can work on multiple tasks at once.
You can change this if you prefer to work with separate windows, instead of tabs, which can be resized and moved around within the EQ screen.
To turn tab view on or off:
- Click System Config on the main toolbar.
- At the bottom right see the tick box Tabbed View:
Ticked means tabs will be used.
Untick to use separate windows instead. - Click Update to save your settings and close.
Close EQ completely and log back in again for the changes to take effect.
