Settings here change document layouts like showing company logo, change the header to fit business letterhead, removing the manufacturer's name from products and when to print images.
Click: System Config > Documents > General Layout
Show Company Logo
If ticked this will place an image at the top of the printed page rather than using the name and address you have set. (The program includes a sample image "your name here ltd")
To use your own logo you need to edit the userlogo.bmp graphic file in
C:\Program Files (X86)\Easyquote4 or click the Locate Logo button: 
You can use Paint or any other graphics program to make changes, but keep the image size set to 720 pixels wide by 124 pixels high.

Show Fitting at end
Tick to set the fitting to always display as the last product at the end of documents
Remove Manufacturers Name
Tick to remove the manufacturers name from documents
Remove the issue number
Tick to remove the issue number from documents. An issue number is incremented every time a document is saved. For example quote A1009 will become A1009/1 then A1009/2 etc.
Remove EQ reference numbers from all retail documents
Tick to remove the automatically generated reference numbers from retail documents. This will then leave the own references to identify orders.
Open PDF after creation
When using the print dialogue box > PDF button on any reports or documents, EQ will save the PDF into the desired location (default is customer folder) and it will also open the PDF in your default PDF reader.
There is a tick box on the print dialogue in order to over-ride this on or off each time.
Print all available images (non-furniture)
When selected all products with images (not in furniture catalogues) will print on the quote or acknowledgment with the images and specification showing.
Print all available images (furniture)
When selected all products with images (furniture products) will print on the quote or acknowledgment with the images and specification showing.
Document Header
This is the space in millimetres that is left at the top of the documents where the name and address appears, or your company logo appears (if selected). Increase the size so the document contents starts further down the page up to a maximum of 85mm.
Note that changing the header size does not allow for a larger userlogo.bmp to be used. The graphic size is fixed.
Product Grouping Button
This displays a list of all of the type and category combinations used in the EQ catalogues and allows overrides.
