EQ Flex can be accessed via browser on desktop computers, and for the best experience using an Android tablet we recommend you use the Microsoft Remote Desktop application, instead of browsers such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

Download and Setup
- Download Microsoft Remote Desktop from the Google Play Store on your tablet.
- Open the app Microsoft Remote Desktop:
- Tap the + icon at the top right and select Remote Resource Feed:
- Type the address you have been given by EQ: https://eqflex.eqsoftware.co.uk and click Next
- Under User Name select Add user account:
- Enter the username and password you have been provided and click Save.
- On the APPS tab you will now see some icons under EQ Flex:
Tap the EQ Flex icon to begin.
The first time you connect you can tick the option Never ask again for connections to this PC on the prompt about trust.
Logging on
- Open the app Microsoft Remote Desktop:
- Tap your EQ Flex icon:
- Once EQ opens, login with your EQ password.
Controls on Android
You can use the touchscreen either to tap on the item you want (touch mode), or you can show a mouse cursor and move that around the screen.
You can also connect a Bluetooth keyboard and/or mouse to your tablet for even easier controls (depending on your tablet's compatibility with external accessories).

Then, on the right you can change from touch mode to mouse pointer mode:
