Yes!
For most documents EQ has the ability to save a PDF or email a PDF directly.
When you go to print, this screen will display your printer in the name box, but also offers these options:
- Email PDF
- Open PDF after creation
This button creates your document as a PDF file and will save it into your EQ customer folder (See separate article on customer folders)
Email PDF
This button creates the PDF document and automatically attaches it to a new email message in EQ. You do not need to save and attach the file manually.
(To email from EQ you will first need to complete Email Setup in this article).
Open PDF after creation
If you have this ticked and click the PDF button, as well as being saved into the customer folder, your PDF file will open immediately. It will open in your PC's default program which could be Edge or Adobe Reader.
Instead of ticking this box every time, you can set it to be enabled every time. See System Config > General Layout and tick Open PDF after creation and then click Update.
