If the Generate Purchase Orders screen includes stocked products the Order button becomes the Picking List button. The below screen for a picking list shows once you have been through the Generate Orders screen first:
Order Details
Own P/O Ref
This will be automatically completed if ordering products for a contract site. Otherwise leave this blank as it will replace the automatic P/O Ref.
Delivery Date
Click the arrow to open a drop down calendar to pick a required delivery date. This must be selected before you can proceed with the order.
Delivery Text
Enter any text note to be shown with the delivery date on the print out.
Placed By
Your EQ username will be completed here automatically.
Special Instructions
Enter any free text you wish to appear at the bottom of the picking list paperwork.
The Products
All products for the picking list are shown with their quantity. Note you cannot change the quantity. You can remove the tick to leave them off the picking list.
Unlike a purchase order no prices or discounts are shown (the product is already in stock).
Print Picking List
Click the Print Picking List button when you are ready to continue.
The print dialog will be displayed so you can preview the or click Print straight away.
The printout shows the quantity, stockcode (not necessarily the same as the product code) and the location as set in the stock screen.
Allocated Stock
NOTE: Printing a picking list will mark the stocked products as "Allocated" with the order reference.
Stock is not marked as "Booked Out" until you create a delivery note later in the order process.
