How you login to EQ depends whether you have desktop EQ or EQ Flex in the cloud.
EQ (on your computer/server)
When you have a newly installed EQ, with no data setup, the password screen prompts you on first startup. The default password is blank, so leave the password box empty and click OK.
You will now be logged into EQ as the default administrator user.
You should either:
- Configure your EQ file locations to use shared data
- Continue with your setup in the Getting started with EQ article so you can setup your company details and add users.
EQ Flex (in the cloud)
For EQ Flex you will have been provided with a username and password to login with.
Once logged in for the first time, when you see the EQ password box, that will have a default blank password, so leave the password box empty and click OK.
Your administrator user should then continue with setup in the Getting started with EQ article so you can setup your company details and add users.
