Customer right-click menu

When you are using the projects screen [in EQ Professional] you can right-click on a customer's name for this shortcut menu:

 

Create Quote and Create Quick Quotation

Goes straight to begin a new quotation for the selected customer.

 

New Communication

Create a new entry to be saved into this customer's communication section.

 

Print Label

Prints address labels for the selected customer or all customers.

 

1.Right-click a customer name

2.Select Print Labels

3.Choose between the selected customer and all the customers.
To alter the layout of the label click Label Layout.
This shows what is printed on the label. Right-click the white space to see a list of available fields. You can move the order of the fields and add plain text into the box. Click Update to save.

4.Click Print Labels

5.Ensure you select the appropriate label printer
Click Properties and check that the layout is set to 2" x 4" and portrait.

6.Click Print

 

Sales Pipeline

Open a shortcut to the pipeline window to update rating, probability and status. This is the same information that can appear on the right of the customer in the main customer window.
