When you are editing a quote or sales order, you can right-click the product code column to perform the following actions:
| Sales Options | Depending on the product you will be shown product options such as colours, finishes and accessories. Some products may not offer any sales options. |
| Product/Pricing Information | This is a shortcut to product information from the catalogue. It includes the following tabs: For pricing information click the calculator icon: |
| Clear All Own Pricing Information | If you have previously set a price and supplier override on this selected product this option resets it to the catalogue defaults. |

Add notes to the selected product for either: Fitting Notes will print on the fitter's instructions User Comments shown on screen only, as the product is added to future quotes/orders. |
| Item Drawing | Access to create or load a 2D line drawing attached to the selected product. The drawing can be printed instead of the catalogue image on the quote and/or purchase order. |
| Remove Item | Deletes the selected product from the quote/order. |
| Remove All [XXXX] | Deletes all instances of the same product code (shown by XXXX) from the quote/order. |
| + Add New Item | Opens the search screen and adds a product to the bottom of the current quote/order. |
| Add New Item [Insert Before] | Opens the search screen and adds a product before the currently selected product. |
| Add New Item [Insert Before Every XXXX] | Opens the search screen and adds a product before every instance of the currently selected product. |
| Add New Item [Insert After] | Opens the search screen and adds a product after the currently selected product. |
| Add New Item [Insert After Every XXXX] | Opens the search screen and adds a product after every instance of the currently selected product. |
| Add New Item [As Sub-Item] | Opens the search screen and adds a product as a connected product (sub-item) underneath the selected product. See adding sub-items. |
| Add New Item [As Sub-Item to Every XXXX] | Opens the search screen and adds a product as a connected product (sub-item) underneath every instance of the selected product. See adding sub-items. |
| Replace Item | Opens the search screen and adds a product at the same position, to replace the selected product. |
| Replace All [XXXX] | Opens the search screen and adds a product in place of every instance of the selected product. |
| Renumber [Automatic] | Changes all the item numbers to run from 1 sequentially through all products on your quote. For more, see Renumbering. |
| Renumber [Manual] | Allows you to set specific item numbers on products, or drag and drop products into a desired sequence. For more, see Renumbering. |

You can select to print the selected product's catalogue image on: Printed quote Purchase order Factory order |
| Show / Hide Item on Quotation | The selected product will be hidden from the quote printout but still visible on the screen. The item number will be blank to show that it is hidden from printouts. You can right-click the same option to show an item that is already hidden. |
| Components... | Only available with the production modules enabled. Shows a list of panels and list of fittings relevant to the selected product. |
