The Sales Invoice (Full) screen displays:

(Read this article for more information about VAT reverse charge on invoices and credit notes)
6. Click Save Invoice & Print to show the standard Print options
The invoice is now stored in the Invoices tab of the customer screen and the projects screen and can be reprinted by right-clicking on it or repeating the above steps. Note the command will read Full Invoice (Edit/Reprint) to show that it has previously been created.
Locked Sales Order
Once a full invoice has been raised the sales order is locked. You cannot edit the sales order without cancelling the invoice (see cancelling invoice/credits). This ensures there can be no discrepancy between order value and invoice value.
