The Print button on the main toolbar (progress mode) prints the quotation. Note the quote has to be saved to see and use the Print button. The print out is the same regardless of whether the quote is at quote stage or sales order stage. The document that you print will define the title, e.g. Quotation, Estimate, Contract, Acknowledgement etc.

Open your quote or order.
- Click the main Print icon on the bottom toolbar:

You can right-click Print to skip straight to a print preview
OR
Click Print to have an opportunity to alter layout or pick your printer and preview from there:
Alter Layout allows you to change the layout like product grouping, show sub-totals or hiding items.

Factory Order | Available for manufacturing customers. This document lists all products, dimensions and production stages which can be checked off. |
