Since Version 18.2.5315 EQ Flex has a full customer balance statement report available. In addition to the reports you can print under Reports List which are aimed mainly at internal use, you can create a customer facing statement document.

This article shows you the 2 methods you can use to print your customer statement:
Print from Customer List
This is available in EQ Foundation and EQ Professional.
- Open your Customer List from the main toolbar:
- Locate your customer by scrolling down, using the Find or clicking Filter List.
- Select the order on the Sales Orders tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the small Print button on the right:
- Click Print or Email PDF to create your document.
Your statement will be created like this:
Print from Projects Sales Orders screen
This is available in EQ Professional.
- Open your Projects Sales Orders screen from the main toolbar:
- Locate your order by scrolling down, using the Find or clicking Filter List.
- With the order line highlighted click the Invoices & Payments tab. You will see invoices, credits, payments and refunds associated with this order.
- Click the Print icon at the far right side:
- Click Print or Email PDF to create your document.
Your statement will be created like this:
