EQ can display a system message showing "EQ is locked" when logging in at the password screen.
This occurs when the system has been interrupted performing a backup or database integrity checks (for example by a power failure).
EQ may be able to be unlocked for immediate login, or there may be a corrupt file that needs to be repaired first.
