On older versions of EQ (versions 16 and 17), an error can occur when printing documents in EQ relating to your company logo setup.
This is specifically prevalent when printing Purchase Orders but can occur when printing other documents too.
EQ shows this error message:
Error code 202
Invalid path or filename.
Procedure: PRTSETUP2.ZDOIT
There are 2 resolutions to this error:
- This error is resolved in current versions.
You can request the latest version of EQ version 17.13 or EQ Flex version 18 + on support chat.

You can fix this message straight away by editing user settings for your logo, by following these steps:
- Click the arrow under System Config (Tools on v16) and select Users.
- Select the user who is getting the error and then click the Additional Info button.
- Select the Logo tab and Select Image.
- Assign the company logo to the user by finding your logo on your computer.
- Click Update and then close and re-open EQ.
- Now you can go to reprint your documents without error.
