When you have setup a filter you can restrict which EQ users can access it. This can be a useful addition to User Groups to restrict the data that staff can access.
1. Click Projects Lists > Saved Filter
2. Click a filter name to highlight it and click the Valid Users button on the right.
3. Un-tick the "All Users" box so you can customise the list
4. Click the user you want to have access and Add -> to move the name to the right.
All users on the right will have access to the filter, those on the left will not.
