Once a delivery note has been raised, as an instruction that you are delivering products out to a customer, you can cancel this if there is a mistake.
- From the main EQ toolbar click the arrow under Project Lists and select Delivery Notes:
The projects screen opens showing all of your delivery notes with the most recent at the top. - Locate the delivery note you need by either:
Enter the order ref into the search box and click the search icon.
Click Filter List and enter either a Customer name (press Enter) or select a range of delivery dates, or other criteria. - Once you have located your delivery, right-click the Del Note number:
- From the confirmation screen, click Cancel Delivery Note again:
Your delivery and all of the products on it have been cancelled. The Del Note reference will be removed from this list.
The undelivered products on that sales order can therefore be delivered again, at a revised date.
