If a customer record has been deleted there is a recovery procedure.
Note that if a database integrity check has been run since the customer was deleted then the record will not be available to recover, because this check clears old deleted records.
1. Open the Customer List from the toolbar
2. Click Customers on the top menubar, next to the Help menu.
3. Select Recover Deleted Customer
4. The name and reference of deleted customers is shown. Click once to highlight it
5. Click Recover Customer
The recovered customer will be restored to its original location in the customer screen.
A recovered customer will have details in the Notes tab about when it was originally deleted and which user deleted it.
