Remedial orders can be used to add extra items to an order after the original order has been placed. Remedials are free of charge to your customers. (Add-ons can be used if the additional products are chargeable to your customer).

To create an Addon order:
- Locate your original order in the Customer List screen or the Projects Sales Orders screen.

Right-click the order ref and select Create… > Create Remedial
- Answer Yes to the Create Remedial order question.
A new blank remedial is created with a new reference number. Remedials will have a suffix added to the reference number, e.g. R1. (See auto numbering setup).
- The remedial opens at a blank screen. Press Edit at the bottom left.
- Work with the remedial order as you would with a full order.
If you need to add any products that are the same as the original sales order, there is a convenient menu next to the Add button, to pick from Original Order items:
Otherwise you can add and remove products in the same way as a full order using the Add Product button.
- When you add products you need to select a Reason from the column on screen:
(The list shows the default reasons. More can be added in System Config).
- Repeat as necessary to add more products. Continue to work with the order as a normal order.
- When you are finished with the order click Save on the bottom toolbar. You can then click Print.
Working with remedial orders
To access remedial orders for viewing/editing, they are stored in the sales order tab with full orders. Right-click the reference number to open, place orders etc.
