EQ Flex version 25 is the latest version available to all EQ Flex v18 customers with a subscription. All features below are available in Foundation and Professional editions, unless specified.

Customers using the desktop version of EQ version 17 or older should contact sales to enquire about upgrading.

Powerful Analytics with Microsoft Power BI Integration

EQ Flex is at the centre of your business and now it is even easier to work with your key business data to get insights into your performance. Microsoft Power BI is a leading data analytics tool. 

Featuring easy-to-understand visualizations and interactive charts, the default dashboard enables business owners and managers to explore key metrics across leads, quotes, sales, products, and purchasing. EQ Flex provides these standard Microsoft Power BI templates (as shown above) which you can instantly plug in to EQ and start analysing.

EQ Flex allows for an unlimited number of Power BI dashboard templates, so you can tailor dashboards for your specific functions or regions.

Integration with Power BI dashboard is only available in EQ Flex Professional. It is not available in EQ Flex Foundation.

Automate your workflow with EQ Automate

EQ Automate is a powerful new capability that schedules and executes data exports and imports automatically. This feature removes the burden of manual data transfer, allowing you to integrate EQ Flex seamlessly with ERP systems, accounts, ordering tools, and other business-critical software. EQ Automate ensures compatibility with a wide range of third-party applications while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

It's easy to setup an automated task with your rules and then configure a schedule to let it run in the background.

Saleable catalogues are now available for easy online purchasing. These are digital product catalogues that you can purchase for a fixed time period of 12 months.

  This feature calculates additional supplier discounts that are available to you, according to the qualifying combination of products.

• Improvements to Sales Pipeline
  A new option allows you to use Pipeline Rating on the Customer level even when using Opportunities to record new sales opportunities. (Sales Opportunities is enabled by default since EQ Flex version 18.2.2264).

• Enhanced user password security
  The Users screen now hides all passwords except for the Administrator user. Each user can access their own password to change it, by clicking the Reveal button.
  
  
   
• Quick copy and paste of Customer and Supplier information
  Quick access to copy out a customer or supplier's information in one click. Useful to paste into other documents without going line-by-line.
  
  
   
• Customer List Lead Status enhancements
  On Customer List > General > Lead Status > When using the icon to Edit popup contents you can now specify a status as Lead, Project, Quote or Won. This classification is for assisting reporting in dashboards and reports.
  
  
   
• Sales discounts flexibility on quote/orders
  When mixing product line discounts on a quote/order you can decide if a newly entered discount applies to all products or just selectively, with one click!
  See System Config > Quotations & Pricing > Configuration > tick Apply order level discount  to only non-discounted products.
   
• Additional door catalogue prompts
  Allows for more complex product types to show more door prompts. This is first used in the PWS In Frame Doors catalogue and is available in all door catalogues as required.
   
• Quick export and import of supplier discounts and margins
  Speed up entering supplier specific discount and margin groups by exporting to a spreadsheet, completing and then importing the results, avoiding manual entry in EQ.
