We are aware than many of our customers are seeing the error code ‘1429’ when logging in to the EQ platform.
This error is affecting multiple features within the software, but the most critical are:
- Customers are unable to download new catalogues or catalogue updates
- Customers using the text message service are unable to send texts
- Customers are unable to use the Calendar App
- Customers are unable to use the Despatch App
The work for a permanent fix is ongoing and we hope to have this resolved in the coming days.
We are able to apply a temporary solution however the process is quite manual and we will need to contact each customer affected as well as their local IT administrator (where applicable) Also, once a permanent solution is found, we will have to get in touch again and reverse this.
We know how important your time is and ask that rather than call in, we ask you to bear with us whist we work on the permanent solution. Once we reach this milestone, the correction to the error will be automatic and your software features will resume as normal without having to contact us.
