This video looks at how EQ Flex Professional can work with more than one company or trading name.
Multi-company offers a completely separate set of data, with unique catalogues and prices. This is most useful when you have a separate limited company and therefore invoice from a difference business. Users log in to a multi-company separately on the login screen.
Showrooms can be configured in EQ Flex and are attached to customers and orders (and associated documents). By keeping multiple locations in one database you can view and report on the business as a whole whist still keeping control of some separation (if needed). A user can be allowed to see all data, or using saved filters with valid users, you can lock down customers and orders to certain users.
